This OS will never be secure enough to run on a computer for my grandma.
The self applies for Linux too.
When _you self_ does'nt spend enough time for configuring you PC
(running whatever) then it will ever be unsecure.
Excepting you install an OS, that is mainly developed for a secure
environment.
