Remember to also sue the anonymous open source authors of Mailman by their
respective dynamic IP addresses and the names John and Jane Doe.
Take the case to the world court in the Hague where jurisdiction presumably can
be asserted on the basis that the Internet is part of the world, sovereign
territory or not, and therefore its humble subjects, or citizens-by-choice, are
entitled to a venue that recognizes their preferred belief system and premise.
Anyone know of a country that will grant political asylum to “freedom from
thought refugees” or others who disagree with bad legislation (or bad software)
and can't be bothered with the work required to change it?
Do humans have an inalienable right to freedom from suffering as a result of
other people's really bad ideas? No.
Thus, you're stuck resetting your own FD list subscription settings until
somebody (else) puts in the effort to change the software law that says
“Mailman must malfunction under the following circumstances...”
