Well, there's Zone-H's defacement archive, but apart from that I dont think 
there's any central point for what you're looking for. Zone-H does however 
logs which attacker attacked what website using what attack method, but only 
for defacements. Sometimes the Zone-H news has more information about a 
certain attack (like on Paris Hilton's account).
