Well, there's the obvious mistake you've made in posting here instead of 
professionally consulting a U.S. tech attorney for a serious business 
proposal.  :) This tells me not only to distrust your skills, but 
question your motives. Why on earth would any sober person let this 
"sensitive data" leave their possession to enter the arms of you for 
cleaning?

How about this. /You/ ship /me/ your HDD to wipe please? I double-dog 
promise not to look.

... "Secure deletion" is snake oil John, and you've just admitted to 
that on a public forum in a some-what dismissive manner. No offense but 
you future work & marketing are now suspect, no?

So in short you'd be selling a lie that you are aware of. We already 
have enough yahoo's selling that crap in the States to mom and pop, 
please abandon this "get-rich-quick" idea and look into late night 
real-estate infomercials.  ;)


BTW:
My hammer and acetylene torch are much more effective and I'll do it for 
half-price of what John will charge; Honest!
No returns or refunds though.
